I changed the way I stretch
Focused flexibility has changed the way we stretch.
Previously, I did dynamic stretching and static / PNF stretching separately. Static / PNF stretch always uses a dynamic stretch followed by a pattern of PNFs, as described in FF. The dynamic movement makes the PNF uncomfortable and makes stretching easier. Also, as you approach the limits of current flexibility, you will be able to move more strongly, which will reduce your injuries.
It is difficult to measure the increased strength, but my kick (taekwondo) has improved significantly. The pancake stretch described in the program is what I currently do almost every day.

Helped me with the full squat
The FF helped me tackle the full squat with about a month of training. The GMB program was the easiest for me to follow and comply with. Also, I feel more attentive to my body when working in the GMB program.
I changed the way I stretch

Got the full pancake stretch
Jarlo’s flexible tactics were incorporated into the martial arts stretches, and tonight the pancake stretch put the stomach and chest on the floor.
So far I’ve been the only person I’ve been stretching for 15 years in the way I’ve always been. I have always bent my back too much, trying to put my forehead on the floor. And with a focus on pivoting from the waist, keeping your back straight, and sticking your chest towards the floor, you really made a difference.
So now I need to get a few more inches on the front and side splits and will eventually be able to do a full split. When I was young, I always thought that if I didn’t split and kept it, I couldn’t grow up.
My progress really depends on doing things in the right way.
Until the last two months, I thought I was at the limit of flexibility considering my age (37) and had the same stretch over 10 years. So it really changed the focus of the way I stretched and made a real difference.
